Estimates and pricing
Estimates provided through our AI Flooring Estimator or during home visits are guide prices only. Final pricing will be confirmed once exact measurements have been taken and your product choices have been finalised. Prices may vary based on room complexity, access requirements, and product availability.
Fitting dates
Fitting dates are subject to stock availability and access to your property. We will work with you to arrange a suitable date, but dates may need to be adjusted if products are out of stock or if access issues arise. We will notify you as soon as possible if any changes are needed.
Additional charges
Uplift and disposal of old carpet or flooring, and furniture moving services, may incur additional charges. These will be discussed and agreed with you in advance before work begins. Any additional work beyond the original quote will be agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment terms
Payment terms will be confirmed when you book your fitting. Typically, payment is due upon completion of the work, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept cash and bank transfer.
