Our AI Flooring Estimator is designed to give you a realistic guide price before we visit, without needing you to draw floorplans or take precise measurements.

You choose the rooms you want to change, select a quality level and tick any extras such as uplift, disposal and door bars. Behind the scenes we use typical room sizes and realistic fitting rates to calculate a ballpark total.

The estimate includes materials, underlay and fitting where selected. We always confirm exact measurements, seams and product choices on a free home visit before ordering anything.

Sending the estimate to us means we already have a rough idea of your project when we call, which helps us bring the right samples and plan the visit properly.
